Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy for Chime’s personal loan product, from launch through iteration and scale. Establish best practices and frameworks for repeatable, high-quality product launches
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that drives customer understanding and adoption
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics to ensure cohesive execution
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap through customer insights, market understanding, and competitive analysis
  • Own business outcomes: Improve product adoption, engagement, and retention through data-informed marketing strategies
  • Partner with Growth and Lifecycle teams to ensure effective multichannel execution and performance optimization

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in product marketing with at least 3+ years of consumer lending or regulated financial services experience, including exposure to credit risk, underwriting and loan servicing
  • A track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy - segmentation, funnel optimization and measurable business outcomes in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong grounding in product marketing fundamentals: audience insights, competitive intelligence, targeting, positioning, value propositions, messaging, acquisition / engagement plan development
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Credit Risk, Brand, Analytics, Legal and Compliance
  • A demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment and execution
  • The ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer narratives
  • A strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact
