Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for performance marketing, owning outcomes for scalable, efficient growth across paid channels.
  • Drive clarity, alignment, and prioritization across a broad cross-functional team in an ambiguous, complex product area with substantial impact on top-line growth. Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to long-term strategy for acquisition.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science to build and evolve the core systems, experimentation, measurement infrastructure, and optimization tools that improve how we plan, execute, and scale paid marketing.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to dig into data, identify the highest-impact opportunities in the paid marketing lifecycle, and help the organization make better, faster, and more confident investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in product management at fast-growing companies.
  • Strong technical background (or prior work experience as a software engineer/data scientist) that lets you dive deep into data and complex technical problems alongside your engineering team.
  • Working knowledge of performance marketing mechanics (e.g., attribution, incrementality testing, bidding and budgeting, targeting, and funnel measurement).
  • Strong analytical skills to define product strategy and drive decision making.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in written and verbal communication.
  • Prior experience with machine learning, recommendation systems, or generative AI a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
