Job Description

Lead corporate brand program strategy and activation in coordination with CEO Communications to shape messaging, assets, and executive presence.

  • Own Corporate Brand Program Strategy and Execution
  • Develop annual strategy for corporate brand initiatives, defining objectives, audiences, narrative platforms, activation calendar, and success metrics
  • Plan quarterly activation and manage monthly and day-to-day execution, coordination, and optimization of active programs
  • Coordinate stakeholders and brief creative teams on assets and production aligned with CEO communications direction
  • Measure program performance, track KPIs and report results
  • Partner with CEO Communications on ownership of responsibilities and ensure aligned strategy
  • Provide CEO Communications with comprehensive program briefings and updates
  • Coordinate timing so messaging strategy is locked before creative production begins
  • Build and Maintain a Modular Asset Library
  • Own the full creation and update process for assets, briefs, scripts, approvals, and production
  • Commission and Manage Creative Partners
  • Develop briefs, manage vendor selection, timelines, deliverables, quality control, and approvals
  • Evaluate external partners when required and evolve the vendor ecosystem
  • Manage relationships with Executive Creative Director and agencies
  • Track asset usage and performance, gathering feedback for optimization
  • Manage the Corporate Marketing Calendar and major corporate events strategy
  • Coordinate executive participation, event activation plans, audience strategy, and brand presence
  • Align with CEO Communications on timing and messaging for events
  • Requirement: 15+ years leading corporate brand programs, advocacy campaigns, or thought leadership initiatives across complex organizations
  • Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record developing multi-year corporate brand strategies with measurable impact
  • Experience planning and executing major corporate events and activations
  • Track record developing strategic partnerships with measurable outcomes
  • Strong program management capabilities for timelines, budgets, and multi-workstream delivery
  • Ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority
  • Experience coordinating with senior executives and preparing materials for them
  • Strong business acumen focused on objectives and impact
  • Analytical mindset with ability to define success metrics and optimize programs
  • Familiarity with corporate communications, brand strategy, and marketing measurement
  • Knowledge of project management, CRM, analytics, and budgeting tools
