Responsibilities

• Global Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead global marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability; create a 5-year Long Range Plan; conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, customer VOC, and value modeling.
• Strategy Execution: Develop annual strategy execution plans and lead implementation in collaboration with Regional Marketing and Sales teams.
• Innovation Initiatives: Lead innovation initiatives driven by market trends, unmet customer needs, and growth opportunities; build an innovation pipeline through ideation, gap analysis, and roadmap development; oversee stage-gate processes and develop go-to-market plans for launches.
• Pricing Management: Develop pricing strategies informed by competitive analysis, value modeling, and total cost to serve; establish pricing margin bands and approve exceptions as needed.
• Value Proposition Enhancement: Create compelling, differentiated value propositions with quantified benefits tailored to target markets and customers.
• Budget Management: Own budget planning and develop activation plans to strengthen brand equity and value positioning; collaborate with MarComm, Digital Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams to execute activation plans, providing guidance and content development support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Technical, or Product Management roles within B2B Chemical or Consumer Goods industries
• Proven ability to develop clear strategic marketing plans that drive share capture, revenue growth, and profitability within the Business-to-Business environment
• Strong communication collaboration, and persuasive skills both internally and externally
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
• Demonstrated vision, creative thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; experience creating high quality presentations
• Strong marketing analysis and Excel proficiency
• Ability to travel up to 25%

• Master’s degree (MBA or related discipline)
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
