Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sponsorship Strategy & Planning: Develop s and own s the company’s sponsorship strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives .
  • Opportunity Identification & Evaluation: Research es , evaluate s , and recommend s sponsorship opportunities across sports, entertainment, technology, fintech, and cause-based platforms.
  • Contracting & Negotiation: Lead s sponsorship negotiations, working closely with P artnerships , L egal , F inance and agencies as needed to secure favorable terms and strategic value.
  • Campaign Development & Activation: Design s and execute s integrated marketing campaigns that leverage sponsorship assets across media, events, digital, social, and experiential channels.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Establish es clear KPIs for sponsorship activations; analyze s performance and return on investment; make s strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration: Coordinate s across internal teams (Brand, Media, Product Marketing, Comms, Legal) and manage s external agencies, vendors, and rights holders.
  • Budget Management: Oversee s the sponsorship and partnership marketing budget; ensure s efficient use of resources and financial accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in brand or sponsorship marketing, with direct experience leading sponsorships at scale
  • Proven ability to manage high-impact partnerships (e.g., with sports teams, major events, or media platforms)
  • Track record of developing and scaling brand activations across digital and physical channels
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of brand marketing and consumer engagement tactics
  • Familiarity with the financial services or payments industry is a strong plus
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics to drive decisions
  • MBA.

  • Experience working with sponsorship agencies, rights holders, and cross-functional marketing teams
  • Experience in designing Sponsorship activations (preferably in with financial services brand or payments)
