Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Customer-Centric Product Positioning and Messaging Creation: Develops deep knowledge of assigned solutions, understanding key customer pain points and product use cases that solve these pain points.
  • Develops and maintains robust messaging frameworks for assigned solution portfolio including key use cases, product benefits, and value propositions to ensure a consistent tone and style across all market activities.
  • Crafts and tunes customer-centric value propositions and product positioning to key buyer personas at each stage of the buying journey, using competitive intelligence and customer insights to differentiate assigned solution suite in the market.
  • Serves as the marketing subject matter expert for the foundational identity and payments risk business line at Early Warning.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Plans, develops, and executes comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product, feature, and initiative launches in close partnership with Product and Market Solutions teams.
  • Informs and educates content and growth and acquisition teams about product road map, use cases, enhanced features, messaging, and business goals, ensuring that marketing strategy is aligned in support of product goals.
  • Owns a portfolio of solutions and plays a key role in go-to-market strategy for launches related to assigned portfolio.
  • Content Creation and Sales Enablement: Develops compelling solution narratives that are resonant with target audiences.
  • In partnership with content and sales teams, consistently assesses efficacy of sales enablement content and tools and optimizes, prioritizing quality over quantity.
  • Owns pitch decks for assigned solution portfolio, ensuring decks are customer-centric and consistently updated with the latest product messaging and new features/capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration, a related field or equivalent education/experience required.
  • Typically a minimum of 12 (twelve) years of progressive experience in marketing, B2B product marketing or related experience.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to match message to audience.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Possess a strong foundational knowledge of modern B2B marketing strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills (inclusive of internal and external stakeholders including our network participants and owner banks and customers) with ability to absorb complex information from a variety of sources and synthesize it to create clear and compelling communications to a wide range of internal and external audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a hybrid and matrixed environment to drive alignment and execute initiatives across marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand and articulate the long-term market potential and persuasively communicate the business vision and opportunities for growth.
  • Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detailed-oriented with exemplary project management skills with the ability to break down complexity and clarify ambiguity to consistently deliver against goals and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, pivot quickly, and manage multiple assignments with concurrent deadlines.
  • Background and drug screen

Preferred

  • Financial services, fintech, internet security or highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
