Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Generation & Channel Management: Own the strategy and performance of all inbound channels (programmatic SEO, paid search, paid social, CRO) to ensure a steady, high-quality flow of validated enterprise pipeline, while defining MQL/SQL criteria and optimizing lead handoffs under an AI-First operating model.
  • Digital Strategy & Conversion Ownership: Define business strategy and requirements for the corporate website and digital assets, directing continuous optimization (CRO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)/AI World Optimization (AWO), and A/B testing so Harri is correctly cited in LLM responses and AI Search results.
  • Brand Campaign Management & Agency Oversight: Manage and serve as the primary relationship owner for PR, paid search, and paid social agencies, directing integrated full-funnel campaigns that reinforce brand positioning and holding agencies to strict performance and budgetary standards.
  • Content & Organic Social Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic content and organic social plan to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic, leveraging AI tools to maintain quality, frequency, and brand consistency.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use data commandingly by consuming executive reporting provided by Revenue Operations to identify pipeline breaks, drive continuous optimization, and translate core business outcomes (CAC, velocity, and revenue attribution) into tactical adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and influence cross-functional teams (product, sales, BDR) to achieve shared growth goals in a fast-paced environment focused on scalable systems.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in a growth marketing capacity at a B2B or Enterprise SaaS company.
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Deep functional expertise across major marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, CRO, and digital content strategy, alongside demonstrated expertise in developing persona-specific messaging.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a commanding, strategic use of data (CAC, velocity, and revenue attribution).
  • Experience working with a modern MarTech stack (HubSpot and WordPress strongly preferred) and hands-on familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Gong, Artisan AI, Claude/GPT, and GA4.
  • Exceptional agency management and integrated campaign execution experience, with a track record of driving measurable pipelines from brand initiatives.
  • An ambitious and self-motivated team player who is comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a company.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary within the stated range.
  • The opportunity to drive critical projects for a high-growth, innovative company.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment.
