Sr. Marketing Content Writer

Responsibilities

• Handles high-level projects that require experienced writing skills, substantial product knowledge, understanding of corporate brand identity, and demonstrated success in working on high profile, cross-functional initiatives
• Writes original, creative copy for emails, advertisements, Web pages, social media posts, media kits, virtual and in-person event support materials, video scripts and other marketing collateral
• Routes materials for approval to project stakeholders and implements requested revisions in alignment with corporate standards and strategic objectives
• Coordinates and leads status meetings with representatives of client departments to discuss upcoming and in-progress initiatives
• Interacts with other content creators (editorial teams, graphic designers, video team, web developers) on all production aspects of a project
• Participates in coordination of live streaming events
• Prepares weekly status reports for department management
• Participates in and presents material at monthly all-team meeting
• Assists in on-boarding new team members as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, English or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant writing experience, preferably within business-to-business environment (marketing writing experience within the financial services and/or technology sector strongly preferred).
