Job Summary

Own end-to-end merchandising execution for product lines, coordinating large-scale collateral creation, POS concepts, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

  • Merchandising Operations: oversee schedules, vendor management, budgets, and collateral production for launches.
  • Collateral & Packaging: lead briefs, packaging content, photography, and web content for launches.
  • Brand & Cross-Functional Collaboration: ensure branding consistency and partner with Product, Sales Ops, Finance, Service, and Legal.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Merchandising Project and Program Management
  • Assists in developing merchandising strategies and initiates launch collateral projects for assigned product lines
  • Writes merchandising briefs and develops packaging content, sales and launch collateral, photography, and web content
  • Collaborates with Product Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Service, and Legal to ensure copy accuracy, specifications, and legal marks
  • Develops key schedules and oversees deadlines, directing vendors, agencies, and internal staff for timely delivery
  • Manages merchandising materials, point-of-purchase materials, and vendor relationships including contracts, RFPs, timelines, and approvals
  • Maintains budgets, processes invoices, and supports annual budget forecasts
  • Maintains brand standards and field merchandising content; serves as the merchandising expert for key retail accounts
  • Gathers reseller requirements and develops POS concepts

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing communications, merchandising, retail marketing, or related roles
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing collateral, merchandising initiatives, and cross-functional projects
  • Ability to review and provide feedback on creative concepts, layouts, packaging, and brand materials
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual consistency, and customer-facing marketing communications
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience developing packaging content, launch collateral, web content, or merchandising materials preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across departments and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Wrike or similar PM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience

Preferred

  • Retail merchandising and POS experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, including Amazon gallery images, A+ content, and digital assets
  • Wrike or other project management tools proficiency
