Job Summary

Lead and scale the technical support team for customer design projects, drive strategic customer partnerships, and orchestrate cross-functional product development from definition to release.

  • Own TMEs/AE technical support and direct customer engagement

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead TMEs/AE team for technical support of customer’s design projects.
  • Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers.
  • Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theories, debug technics.
  • Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture.
  • Strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and strong leadership.
  • Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed signal IC company desired
  • MSEE or higher required
