Job Description

Own the strategic marketing core for Love’s Commercial and B2B, aligning BU goals, defining audiences and ROI, and leading multi‑channel campaigns with a one‑proposition approach.

  • Strategic Planning: Partner with business units to drive growth via integrated marketing plans and connect priorities to actionable programs.
  • Campaign Execution: Brief internal and agency partners to execute aligned strategy across channels and optimize based on performance toward goals.
  • Audience & ROI: Define goals, target customers, research needs, and ROI models to guide budget and storytelling.
  • Market & Competitive Insight: Monitor financial trends, growth targets, category state, and competitive activity to shape go to market.
  • Leadership & Development: Train, coach, and develop a direct team, prioritizing workloads for high‑impact outcomes.
  • Budget & Performance: Manage day‑to‑day budgets and monitor optimization needs to ensure campaigns hit ROI targets.
  • One Proposition & Bundling: Define where to bundle offerings, how to story tell, and how to position across a diversified product set.
  • Love’s Rewards & Driver Engagement: Lead strategic thinking to evolve Professional Driver engagement in connection with Love’s Rewards.
  • Partnership & Influence: Lead collaboration with Sr. Director of Marketing and cross‑functional partners to unify brand messaging.
