• Align digital marketing strategies with client business objectives, identifying opportunities for growth, retention, and long-term partnership success.
• Lead executive-level business reviews, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive measurable results.
• Drive Performance & Operational Excellence
• Establish performance standards and best practices across multiple client delivery teams.
• Ensure successful campaign execution, optimization, pacing, and KPI attainment across all digital marketing channels.
• Leverage performance, retention, and profitability data to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
• Influence Strategy & Innovation
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Success leadership to shape strategic initiatives, service offerings, and client solutions.
