Job Summary
Own the end-to-end digital experience and conversion engine, shaping the customer journey, Shopify storefront roadmap, and CRO-driven optimization to lift CVR and LTV.
- Own end-to-end digital experience and optimize the customer journey to convert casual browsers into loyal Gardencup customers.
- Lead Shopify storefront roadmap and UI/UX excellence, guided by a rigorous A/B testing engine for CRO.
- Own subscription retention enhancements within Recharge to improve retention loop and lifetime value.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- act as the end-to-end product owner of our digital experience
- You will be the conversion engineer responsible for creating a frictionless, high-converting customer journey designed to maximize CVR and LTV by turning casual browsers into lifelong Gardencuppers
- leading the strategic roadmap for our Shopify storefront
- driving UI/UX excellence
- executing a rigorous A/B testing engine for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- optimizing the subscription retention loop within Recharge
Requirements
- 5+ years' DTC meal subscription experience
- strong background in web project management
- Shopify theme editing
- Replo landing page design
- Recharge administration
- ecommerce analytics platforms like GA4 and Triple Whale
