Job Summary

Own and optimize the RX PARASITICIDES portfolio P&L and lifecycle through cross functional plans that drive growth, forecast accuracy, and commercial readiness.

  • Own portfolio strategy, forecast accuracy, and lifecycle planning to maximize brand potential.
  • Lead cross functional campaigns with Brand, R&D, Vet Sales, and Innovation to ensure commercial readiness.
  • Leverage research insights to inform strategic plans and growth initiatives across the portfolio.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Enables delivery of Elanco P&L for Pet Health and manages budget for RX PARASITICIDES portfolio.
  • Identify and track health and performance KPI for assigned portfolio.
  • Ensures commercial readiness by overseeing development and execution of plans with brand teams within assigned areas.
  • Identifies and steers growth initiatives for assigned portfolio.
  • Ensures accuracy of forecast.
  • Leads development of strategic plan for assigned portfolio.
  • Develops portfolio strategy for assigned group of products, ensuring maximization of brand potential including lifecycle management.
  • Leads development of brand plans for assigned group of products.
  • Works collaboratively with Pet Health Innovation (US and Global) and R&D to identify areas for exponential expansion.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – creativity to identify opportunities when others may not see them and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to execute.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing or business management
  • Top Skills: Strategic brand planning and P&L management

Preferred

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the creativity to identify unique opportunities and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to execute.
  • Demonstrated expertise in actioning research projects and interpreting data to drive business results.
  • Proven ability to lead complex product expansion initiatives and manage product lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reading and interpreting complex performance reports to guide tactical recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating across diverse functions including Innovation, R&D, and Digital Transformation.
