Job Summary

Own the digital experiences program and drive transformation across strategic units.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital initiatives aligned to strategic business units and go‑to‑market priorities.
  • Must-have: Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including websites, mobile, social, search, marketing automation, and CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager a plus).
  • Standout: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, UX/UI, editorial, content, enablement, and web production teams to deliver cohesive digital initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital product management; experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including websites, mobile, social, search, marketing automation, and CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager a plus).
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights and data into actionable digital strategies, including personalization and site optimization (A/B and multivariate testing).
  • Highly analytical, with hands‑on experience using analytics and MarTech platforms (e.g., Google or Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to drive data‑driven decisions.
