Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellence in high-volume execution - Manage and execute a complex portfolio of campaigns while maintaining a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Serve as an example for the broader team by demonstrating how to successfully manage a full workload without compromising standards.
  • Provide technical consultation for strategic accounts - Participate in campaign kick-off calls for strategic clients as the platform subject matter expert. Document build requirements and translate client objectives into clear and actionable technical execution plans.
  • Maintain adherence to best practices - Ensure campaign builds follow established operational and platform best practices. Collaborate with Client Success teams and clients to address requests that do not align with these standards and recommend solutions that support campaign performance and scalability.
  • Lead technical discussions related to campaign builds - Take ownership of build-related communication and technical clarification so that campaign requirements, limitations, and solutions are clearly understood by internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Support end-to-end campaign setup and trafficking - Oversee the setup and trafficking of complex campaigns and confirm that all campaign elements align with the approved media plan and client objectives.
  • Support the development of junior team members - Provide guidance and technical support to junior specialists through day-to-day collaboration, knowledge sharing, and practical demonstrations of platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate campaign risks - Review campaign setups during the pre-launch phase to identify potential risks related to campaign logic, timelines, or technical requirements. Communicate issues early and recommend solutions to prevent delays or errors.
  • Contribute to operational improvements - Provide feedback on internal workflows, documentation, and tools based on hands-on platform experience to help improve team efficiency and campaign quality.
  • Availability required for on-call duty during 1-2 weekends per quarter to respond to client emergencies, not excluding Holidays

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media operations, ad trafficking, or campaign management within an agency or media environment.
  • Proven ability to independently manage high-priority or nuanced campaigns
  • Strong understanding of campaign implementation tools and workflows
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee end-to-end campaign setup, ensuring accuracy, alignment with media plans, and timely execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal and offshore teams, demonstrating strong communication and coordination skills to support seamless campaign delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and mentoring experience.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex campaign requirements into clear, actionable steps and thorough documentation.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying potential risks or delays and resolving them before they impact delivery.
  • A continuous improvement approach, contributing to process optimization and the development of scalable systems and tools to support operational excellence.
