Job Description

Responsibilities

  • KPI & Measurement Frameworks: Partner with cross-functional brand marketing, creative & digital teams to establish project-specific KPIs and tailored scorecard goals prior to project launch.
  • Real-Time Analytics & Tracking: Build and maintain dynamic tracking systems to monitor trend data and performance metrics across the entire project lifecycle (pre-launch benchmarks, active in-flight optimization, and post-campaign evaluation).
  • Data Visualization & Scorecard Creation: Design, develop, and standardize comprehensive performance scorecards and dashboards that synthesize multi-channel data into a single source of truth.
  • Performance Recaps & Strategic Insights: Lead the post-mortem process by analyzing campaign/project data, establishing ROI, and compiling comprehensive performance summaries to present key wins and optimization opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or business intelligence, preferably supporting integrated marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, or experiential activations.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong expertise in establishing measurement frameworks, customer segmentation, LTV tracking, and full-funnel marketing attribution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of collaborating with diverse channel managers, translating technical data concepts into actionable insights
  • Tools & Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and with web and marketing analytics platform suites (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media native insights).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and modeling.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets into high-level, easy-to-digest narrative recaps for stakeholders and executives.
