Strategic Scaling: Partner with Growth Strategy, Finance, and DSE to unlock new channels and translate results into concise memos for leadership.

Job Description

Own, execute, and regularly optimize performance marketing campaigns across main paid social channels.
Deliver strong business impact (e.g. revenue, growth, and ROAS) across all key markets, contributing to Netflix's membership growth goals.
Lead the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns, including managing timelines, deliverables, and communications to stakeholders.
Manage relationships with regional stakeholders, delivering best-in-class partnerships that drive globally successful campaigns.
Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Country Marketers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, legally-compliant creative to potential members.
Collaborate with partner teams across growth strategy, marketing, finance, and DSE to unlock new channels and scale performance marketing activities. Assist in translating campaign/test results into clear, concise, visual, and exec-friendly memos and decks.
Streamline ad operations, including partnering with platform reps to set up campaigns, upload creative into the platforms, build and QA ads, and set the ads live.
