Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve global digital content standards and governance processes, including naming conventions, briefing, review, approval, localization, accessibility, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Own the end-to-end coordination of assigned global landing pages and interactive content across direct-to-consumer channels, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to deliver consistent digital experiences across regions and platforms.
  • Support ongoing improvements to website content and user journeys, ensuring alignment with brand, ecommerce, and consumer engagement objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the consistency, quality, and scalability of digital content delivery across markets.
  • Assess the effectiveness, adoption, and value of the global seasonal campaign workstream, gathering stakeholder input and performance insights to recommend how the program should evolve, scale, or be prioritized.
  • Develop campaign briefs and manage the creative-development process with Huemen, ensuring concepts and deliverables reflect global brand priorities, ecommerce objectives, regional needs, and channel requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder reviews, feedback rounds, approvals, and regional hand-off for assigned global seasonal campaigns, such as Mother’s Day, Back to School, Halloween, and Black Friday.
  • Coordinate internal creative and agency deliverables, including briefs, timelines, feedback rounds, asset reviews, and final handoffs for assigned digital content and campaign experiences.
  • Provide organized and actionable feedback to creative teams while helping ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Lead content quality assurance and launch-readiness checks for digital creative assets across platforms and regions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content operations, content marketing, web or ecommerce content, digital production, or a related field, including coordinating website, landing-page, or digital campaign initiatives in a global or multi-regional organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital consumer experiences, ecommerce journeys, and modern content and digital-creative best practices.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, digital publishing workflows, and content operations processes.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, prioritize business needs, and deliver accurate work from brief through completion.
  • Experience collaborating with global and regional stakeholders, internal creative teams, agencies, and external production partners.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who seeks out answers, uses available data, and engages the right partners to overcome roadblocks.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret insights, identify trends, and recommend performance improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative judgment, and an appreciation for premium, contemporary brand experiences.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting global, international, or regional marketing initiatives.
  • Experience within consumer electronics, lifestyle, retail, or ecommerce-driven brands.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, content discoverability, and evolving digital content optimization best practices.
  • Experience balancing brand standards, consumer experience, and commercial priorities across digital touchpoints.
  • Strong passion for premium website experiences, contemporary digital storytelling, and modern digital brand experiences.
  • Interest in emerging AI tools, digital technologies, and new ways of improving content operations.
