Job Description

Overview:
The Creative Operations Specialist manages the intake and execution of creative requests from submission through final delivery. This role serves as the central point of contact for stakeholders and the creative team, ensuring requests are complete, strategically aligned, properly prioritized, and delivered on time. The Specialist partners closely with cross‑functional teams to understand the purpose behind each request, establish clear timelines, and ensure creative outputs meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Highly organized and proactive, this individual oversees workflows, schedules resources, tracks progress, and anticipates risks to keep projects moving efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage intake of all creative requests, ensuring briefs are complete, clear, and aligned to business goals
  • Clarify project objectives and stakeholder expectations to ensure creative output meets intended purpose
  • Prioritize and schedule projects based on urgency, scope, and available resources
  • Establish, maintain, and communicate timelines, monitor progress from kickoff through delivery
  • Assign work to creative team and manage workflow through Adobe Workfront
  • Lead status updates and meetings, including Hot List and cross‑functional reviews
  • Identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, and competing priorities before they impact delivery
  • Manage revisions, rush requests, and timeline changes while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Proof and route assets for approval; ensure timely and accurate release to all channels
  • Maintain strong working relationships across marketing, creative, and business stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, creative operations, or project management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Experience working in a project management system a plus, Adobe Workfront preferred
