Solution Product Marketing Manager(Light)

Responsibilities

• Lead SUNA Optoelectronics' strategic upgrade: transition the company from a secondary-tier optical module vendor into a preferred strategic core-component supplier for leading AI hyperscalers.
• Deliver a meaningful business shift from indirect component supply to deep, locked-in partnerships with these key customers.
• Leverage the critical market window for Co-Packaged Optics (CPO).
• Drive our silicon lens and silicon capacitor products into leading customers' next-generation CPO reference designs, locking in 3-5 year future supply opportunities.
• Manage full end-to-end commercial cycles for target key accounts and their extended supply-chain partners: new customer acquisition, need discovery, commercial negotiations, technical alignment, project execution through to collections.
• Collaborate directly with customer engineering and R&D teams to deliver technical briefings, push forward NPI and supplier qualification processes.
• Align internal cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, quality and supply-chain to deliver and execute customer projects successfully.
• Build out organizational capabilities to support enterprise-grade engagements with world-leading tech companies.
• Synthesize actionable customer insights to inform and guide the company's global go-to-market strategy.
