Create, schedule, and publish content
Edit reels, short-form videos, and project highlights
Respond to comments and direct messages
Create lead magnets, guides, checklists, and downloadable resources
Build and manage email marketing campaigns
Set up simple marketing automations and follow-up systems
Help grow and manage our homeowner email list
Track marketing performance and lead generation metrics
Work directly with the owner to capture project stories, remodeling tips, and educational content

Requirements

Experience managing business social media accounts
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with Canva
Experience editing reels and short-form video
Understanding of email marketing
Organized, dependable, and self-directed
Ability to take ownership and execute without constant supervision

Preferred

Experience marketing for remodeling, construction, architecture, interior design, real estate, or luxury services
Experience with CRM or email platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, HighLevel, Constant Contact, or similar
Photography and video editing experience
Experience creating lead generation campaigns
