Job Summary

Own and drive social strategy for luxury travel, real estate, and lifestyle brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms with a focus on storytelling, partnerships, and data-driven optimization.

Social Strategy & Ownership: define platform-led plans, content priorities, and calendars for multiple clients.
Content & Community: craft luxury voice, produce reels and carousels, and grow engaged audiences and advocates.
Measurement & Optimization: track performance, extract insights, and steer content decisions to lift reach and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies for luxury clients across platforms.
Serve as the strategic social media lead, providing insights to strengthen brand positioning.
Build and maintain social media calendars aligned with objectives, campaigns, and launches.
Identify opportunities to increase reach and community growth through storytelling.
Stay current on trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Develop compelling social media copy reflecting each client’s voice and luxury positioning.
Create engaging content concepts including reels, carousels, and stories.
Collaborate with teams to source and optimize photography and video assets.
Manage daily community engagement with timely, on-brand responses.
Track performance and provide insights to improve results.

Requirements

Must have experience with Luxury Travel, Real Estate & Lifestyle clients.
Must be located in New York.
Murphy O’Brien is seeking a full-time Senior Social Media Manager with at least five years of professional experience.

Preferred

Experience with photography, video editing, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is a plus.
Experience working with influencers, creators, partnerships, and user-generated content is preferred.
