Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build & execute growth strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create high-engagement short-form content (scripts, hooks, concepts, captions, trends, and formats).
- Support narrative and growth on X, LinkedIn, and Discord to keep messaging consistent across the ecosystem.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and KOLs to expand brand reach and co-create viral content.
- Launch campaigns that drive saves, shares, comments, video retention, and community growth.
- Use analytics to optimize performance and iterate fast based on what works and what doesn’t.
- Work with our video, design, and internal teams to deliver a unified brand story.
- Stay ahead of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 trends , ensuring the brand remains relevant and credible in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years managing social media for crypto, fintech, Web3, AI, or fast-growing tech brands.
- Experience growing short-form platforms , not just maintaining them.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, IG, YT, and creator-native storytelling .
- Excellent writing skills and ability to translate complex ideas into viral, digestible content.
- Work seamlessly with graphic designers and video editors.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.
- Deep familiarity with Web3 culture and audiences.
