Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Content Creation
• Film and edit short-form video featuring treatments, providers, products, behind-the-scenes moments, and the B.TOX.BAR experience
• Capture high-quality before-and-after content and treatment footage when appropriate
• Develop creative, educational, and entertaining content that makes aesthetic treatments approachable
• Create content that feels elevated, modern, authentic, and approachable
• Social Media Management
• Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
• Write engaging captions and create compelling hooks and calls to action
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, marketing, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form video
• Excellent eye for beauty, aesthetics, photography, composition, and branding
• Strong video editing skills; experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus
• Creative thinker who can independently generate fresh content ideas
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized and able to manage a content calendar and deadlines
• Comfortable filming in a medical/aesthetic environment
• Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with providers and patients

• A portfolio, Instagram, TikTok, or examples of your previous work are strongly encouraged.
