Social Media Associate (PT or FT)

Responsibilities

• 📆 Run our weekly content calendar across TikTok, IG, FB, X, Threads, BlueSky, LinkedIn
• 💡 Plan fun, fresh ideas in-house and manage UGC/influencer content
• 🎥 Shoot and appear in quick-turn content yourself
• 📊 Track and report performance, test variations, and help iterate
• 💬 Reply to comments, DMs, and tags in our tone of voice
• ⚡️ Keep everything cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with broader campaigns

Requirements

• Know what’s trending on TikTok, IG, and how to spin it for a brand.
• Can wrangle a content calendar like a pro.
• Love organizing and executing small ideas quickly.
• Can track performance, test new formats, and adjust based on what’s working.
• Are comfortable replying to DMs/comments in a voice that’s fun, smart, and true to us.
• You’ve played around with AI content tools and can generate content quickly
• Have experience/success with social media growth loops

• Bonus: You’ve had content go viral before and think you can do the same with ours!
