Responsibilities

  • Branding Inspiration - Develop and maintain a consistent, premium brand identity across all channels
  • Branding Inspiration - Study and implement best-in-class branding strategies from top real estate and media companies
  • Branding Inspiration - Elevate the look, feel, and messaging of all company output (digital + physical)
  • PR & Partnerships - Identify and secure partnerships with media platforms, brokers, and industry groups
  • PR & Partnerships - Pitch deals, insights, and company milestones to publications and podcasts
  • PR & Partnerships - Coordinate press releases and brand announcements
  • Distribution (Social Media & Email) - Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email campaigns
  • Distribution (Social Media & Email) - Execute daily posting strategy (short-form + long-form content)
  • Distribution (Social Media & Email) - Write compelling captions, email campaigns, and marketing copy
  • Distribution (Social Media & Email) - Track engagement and optimize for reach and inbound opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in marketing, content, media, or branding
  • Strong understanding of what drives attention online
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute quickly
  • High ownership mentality—this is not a passive role

Preferred

  • Real estate or finance experience
  • Existing portfolio (social media, video, photography)
  • PR/media relationships
  • Experience scaling a brand or audience
