Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design branded marketing materials and graphics using Canva
- Execute email marketing campaigns to promote business services and office suite availability
- Follow up with leads via email to drive inquiries and support business growth
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness
- Research social media trends, hashtags, and industry competitors to inform strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications
- Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks and digital asset organization
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in Canva and familiar with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and lead generation tactics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
