Responsibilities

• Creating polished, on-brand social media graphics
• Designing Instagram Stories, carousels, feed graphics, and other social assets
• Working from established brand kits, fonts, colors, and creative direction
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Writing captions and social copy
• Occasional editing short-form video and Reels
• Researching trends, audios, hooks, and content concepts
• Assisting with monthly content planning
• Organizing and working with client photo and video assets
• Supporting community engagement

Requirements

• You don’t need years of agency experience, but you do need hands-on social media and content creation experience.
• Have experience creating content for or managing social media accounts
• Have a strong eye for graphic design and social-first creative
• Can create visually polished graphics, Stories, and carousels in Canva
• Understand typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, composition, and brand consistency
• Know the difference between something that simply looks good and something that works for social media
• Can take an established brand identity and translate it consistently across social content
• Understand Instagram and TikTok beyond simply being a personal user
• Genuinely enjoy social media and naturally keep up with trends
• Have experience editing short-form video
