Own the real estate marketing engine end to end with a focus on listing assets, calendars, and clear workflows.

Campaign and asset creation across listings, open houses, branding, and social
End-to-end content operations: calendar, Asana workflows, SOPs, and AI-driven repurposing
Copy and formats for listings, emails, blogs, and social that drive engagement

Responsibilities

Design eye-catching listing flyers, booklets, and social graphics in Canva
Write compelling copy for listings, emails, blog posts, and social media
Craft engaging stories for every property from pre-launch to just sold
Create branded templates and visual assets that make our team memorable
Conceptualize creative campaigns for listings, open houses, and brand awareness
Bring fresh ideas for content angles, design trends, and marketing strategies
Manage all marketing projects in Asana with clear timelines and checklists
Maintain a 30-day content calendar across all platforms
Track and update listing marketing from pre-launch through closing
Build SOPs and templates for repeatable workflows
