Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies
• Manage and optimize social media accounts
• Create engaging content
• Drive engagement across platforms
• Leverage data to assess the success of campaigns
• Refine strategies and coordinate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure alignment with branding and messaging efforts

Requirements

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies

Preferred

• Knowledge of no-code tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience in managing remote teams or working in remote environments is an advantage
