Responsibilities

• Website & WordPress
• Manage and continuously improve our WordPress website
• Create and update landing pages, project pages, galleries, and company content
• Make routine website changes without relying on an outside developer
• Understand WordPress themes, plugins, page builders, forms, and basic troubleshooting
• Improve website structure, speed, SEO, and conversion opportunities
• Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of completed projects
• Social Media
• Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar

Requirements

• A "one-person marketing department" type of individual.
• The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing a marketing strategy in the morning, editing the company website after lunch, and heading into the shop or field with a camera to capture a major project.
• You should be:
• Highly proficient with WordPress
• Experienced managing business social media accounts
• Comfortable with photography and video
• Capable of editing short-form video content
• A strong writer and communicator
• Familiar with SEO and Google Analytics
• Comfortable with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
