Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Build and run social strategy for both brands across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn — and anything new that comes along
• Map out monthly content calendars that build brand presence while also driving revenue
• Content Creation: Create photo, video, reels, stories, carousel, and email content that captures each brand's personality
• Connect with photographers from previous events and shoots to gather material for social media and email use
• Shoot onsite content both at River Electric and Shelter Co to help define the personalities behind the brands
• Growth & Community: Grow followers, boost engagement, and turn attention into bookings
• Manage influencer relationships and brand partnerships
• Engage with existing clients and encourage shared content
• Analytics & Insight: Put together monthly reports tracking growth, engagement, and ROI
• Stay on top of platform trends to keep our brands fresh

Requirements

• 2-4 years running social media for hospitality, events, design, or similar brands preferred but the right personality and design eye are just as important
• A track record of growing audiences
• A strong visual eye and deep resource of design references
• Comfort with analytics tools
• Willingness and ability to shoot your own content
• Self-starter who thrives in a fun chaotic environment
