Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content across various social media channels, including images, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and other paid promotions to boost brand awareness.
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing insights for strategy refinement.
• Manage scheduling and publishing of content using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach across platforms.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster strong relationship management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and contribute ideas for innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Assist in analyzing web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is preferred.
• Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics is a plus.
• Experience with video editing or photography can set you apart.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation accuracy.
• A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning about social listening, public relations, branding, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends.
