Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for our TikTok Shop affiliates
• Manage creator communication across TikTok Shop, DMs, Discord, email, and our CRM
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators
• Re-engage inactive affiliates and keep our creator community active
• Follow up on samples, content, campaigns, and new product opportunities
• Support creator onboarding and help troubleshoot questions or issues
• Communicate new launches, promotions, campaigns, and creator opportunities
• Maintain organized creator notes, follow-ups, and relationship history in our CRM

Requirements

• Experience in TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, creator relations, affiliate marketing, community management, or a similar role
• Direct experience working with TikTok Shop affiliates is strongly preferred
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Naturally personable and comfortable building relationships online
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Comfortable managing a high volume of creator conversations
• Proactive, resourceful, and confident following up with creators
• Strong understanding of TikTok, creator culture, and social commerce

Preferred

• Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, creator campaigns, cooperation chat, Discord, Euka, Cruva, or similar creator-management tools is a plus.
