Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community interaction across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content featuring equipment, customer success stories, promotions, employee highlights, and dealership events using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
Coordinate with the sales team to highlight new and used equipment, financing offers, and seasonal promotions.
Support customer outreach by gathering testimonials, promoting reviews, and maintaining positive online engagement.
Stay current on social media trends, agricultural and construction industry news, and digital marketing best practices.
