Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, before/after posts) across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and other platforms.
• Manage posting schedule: 3–5 posts per week.
• Capture or edit project photos and videos provided by technicians.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies.
• Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports.
• Assist with basic digital marketing tasks (Google Business updates, simple ads, email campaigns).
• Support company reputation management (reviews, responses, customer engagement).

Requirements

• Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and short‑form video trends.
• Ability to create clean, professional content that reflects our brand.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in service‑based industries (maintenance, construction, trades) is a plus.
