Responsibilities

• Help with Planing and promoting special events including whiskey, food, and wine festivals across web, print, email marketing and social platforms
• Guides customers/special event clients through in store merchandise for special events and tasting menus
• Supports, plans, and executes on-site, web and all social media platforms.
• Promote and market multiple locations
• Assists customers with product selection and special order inquiries

Requirements

• Previous experience in large-scale event planning
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn on the job
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Passion for project management and/or wine and spirits culture
• Ability to deal with high profile/high volume clientele in appropriate manner
• 1-3 years training or experience in similar field is desired but exceptions will be made for the right candidate
• Previous experience in beverage service and/or fine dining is ideal as candidates must be comfortable making food and wine pairing suggestions experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
• Sales experience a plus
• Bachelor's (Required)
• 2 years Marketing (Required)
• 1 year Wine and Spirits (Required)
• 2 years Social media marketing (Required)
