Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the social media strategy for Leaps & Bounds, with full accountability for growth and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Capture, edit, and post content that aligns with our brand and campaigns.
- Set and track monthly growth benchmarks for each platform, reporting progress and strategic recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
- Manage all Leaps & Bounds social media accounts with a consistent, mission-aligned brand voice that reflects the organization's standing as a leader in pediatric therapy.
- Create and execute a social media content calendar with a minimum of 2 to 3 months of preplanned content and captions.
- Determine ideal post formats (post, story, video, photo, graphic, etc.) and strategic timing to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and content best practices, bringing forward timely recommendations for how Leaps can capitalize on them.
- Actively engage with followers, referral partners, and community accounts to build relationships and expand organic reach.
- Collaborate across the marketing department on campaigns, events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Serve as an internal and external representative of the Leaps & Bounds marketing department.
