Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand objectives.
• Manage day-to-day activities across various social platforms, ensuring consistency and brand voice.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia content that resonates with the target audience.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Foster and grow an online community by engaging with followers and customers.
• Monitor trends, discussions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and enhance credibility.
• Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with the brand values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital (social media) marketing
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for skincare and grooming trends
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience: Marketing: 1 year (Required)
