Responsibilities

• Research and stay on top of social media trends across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
• Schedule and publish content on a consistent posting calendar
• Organize and maintain our content library and asset files
• Repurpose existing teaching material (videos, transcripts, live sessions) into engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Monitor engagement and community comments, flagging opportunities for connection
• Work closely with a small, supportive team handling content creation, copywriting, and funnels to keep messaging aligned with upcoming programs, retreats, and launches

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts (professionally or through strong personal projects)
• A good eye for what performs well on each platform, and curiosity about emerging trends
• Strong organizational skills — comfortable managing calendars, folders, and multiple content pieces at once
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Meta Business Suite, Metricool, or similar)
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to capture a warm, soulful, and authentic brand voice
• A genuine interest in or familiarity with spirituality, wellness, or personal growth spaces is a big plus
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote, flexible role, while collaborating easily with a small team

Preferred

• Video editing experience (long-form and short-form) for social media and online course content is a big plus — candidates with these skills may be considered for additional hours
