Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with enrollment and marketing goals.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, graphics, and captions.
• Manage and grow platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Career Services to highlight student success stories, workshops, and events.
• Monitor engagement metrics and generate monthly performance reports.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or educational institution.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience with social media analytics and paid advertising platforms.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
