Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Manage scheduling and publishing of posts using social media management tools
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO purposes to increase visibility
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
• Support in managing relationships with influencers, partners, and followers to foster community engagement
• Assist in running Facebook Advertising campaigns and other paid promotions to boost reach
• Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives and e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales channels
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, and public relations

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading content
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and video editing is highly desirable
• Knowledge of social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and scheduling applications like Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing trends such as influencer collaborations, branding strategies, and e-commerce integrations
