Own the social media and brand engine while producing compelling video content and teaching agents how to market themselves online.
- Social & Brand Marketing: build and execute a cross‑platform content calendar, craft posts and visuals, and track engagement to keep branding tight.
- Video Production & Content Creation: film plus edit videos, highlight agent success, and generate short form clips for social amplification.
- Agent Education & Training: develop templates and guides that scale social and video marketing skills for agents.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the office's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Develop and execute a strategic content calendar
- Create engaging posts, graphics, stories, and reels
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Support office recruiting, retention, and community engagement initiatives
- Film and edit professional-quality video content
- Produce agent spotlight videos and success stories
- Create short-form video content optimized for social media
- Capture office culture, events, trainings, and community involvement
Requirements
- Experience with: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar design platforms
- CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Photography and light photo editing
- Social media scheduling tool, content planning, and campaign management
- AI-powered content creation tool
- Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
