Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Social Media Manager will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
  • The responsibilities include planning and creating high-quality content, optimizing posts for visibility and impact, monitoring online engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with trends in social media marketing to refine strategies and improve results.

Requirements

  • Social Media Marketing and SMO skills to effectively manage and enhance the company’s online presence
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to create impactful and engaging content
  • Proficiency in developing and executing Content Strategies across multiple digital platforms
  • Experience in using analytics tools to track performance and optimize content strategy
  • Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the firearms or tactical training industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
