Responsibilities
- Manage and grow all social media platforms including: Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube Pinterest Nextdoor Google Business Profile Additional platforms as opportunities arise
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy.
- Create, film, edit, and publish high-quality content including: Reels TikToks YouTube Shorts Before-and-after transformations Staff spotlights Product features Service promotions
- Spend time on-site capturing photos and video content throughout the salon, spa, and medspa.
- Create engaging captions and calls-to-action designed to increase bookings.
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules.
- Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for viral and trending content.
- Collaborate with stylists, spa providers, injectors, and management to create engaging marketing campaigns.
- Track social media performance, engagement, lead generation, and growth metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional social media management experience
- Proven experience growing business social media accounts
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Experience filming and editing short-form video content
- Proficiency with:
- Canva
- CapCut
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Business Profile
Preferred
- Experience working with salons, spas, medspas, beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or luxury brands
- Experience running paid Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and local business marketing
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media reporting tools
