Job Description
Responsibilities
- Visit our salon once a week to film content for Instagram Reels.
- Edit, create, schedule, and publish engaging Reels, Stories, and posts.
- Stay ahead of Instagram trends, viral sounds, memes, and internet culture.
- Develop creative marketing ideas that showcase our stylists, services, and salon atmosphere.
- Grow our Instagram following, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create content that attracts new clients and builds excitement around our salon.
- Track performance and continuously improve our content strategy.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Instagram, especially Reels and its algorithm.
- Strong video filming and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and visual branding.
- Fluent in current social media trends, memes, humor, and internet slang.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to produce content independently.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and audience growth.
- Portfolio demonstrating your content creation and editing abilities.
- Beauty industry experience is a plus, but creativity, skill, and results matter far more than formal education or credentials.
