Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic point of contact for social media clients
• Create and present content strategies and campaign plans
• Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain proactive, professional communication to support client satisfaction
• Boost client posts as needed
• Conduct client outreach in Facebook community groups as needed
• Assist in onboarding new clients
• Create and execute content plans ensuring content aligns with strategic direction, brand identity, and campaign goals
• Visit client locations on a monthly basis to provide strategic direction, carry out content plans, and film engaging content that aligns with each client’s brand and goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, collaboration, and an understanding of each client’s business

Requirements

• Experience managing social media platforms for clients in a professional setting
• Strong, clear, and trusted relationships with clients
• Collaborative execution with team members that supports strategic goals
• High-performing, on-brand content delivered consistently
• Actionable insights shared through reporting
• Improved team workflows and content development systems
• A strong, professional social presence for all clients
• Comfortable and able to drive to client locations, taking initiative during on-site visits, and guiding clients through the content creation process
