Job Description
Responsibilities
- STRATEGIC CONTENT PLANNING
- Launch, grow, and manage client social accounts by ensuring relevant milestones are set and met.
- Fully own social and content strategy and editorial planning for all of assigned clients, simultaneously.
- Project manage assigned client load and deliverables, including strategy, content calendars, copywriting, client meetings, managing the content creation process, and more.
- Deliver error-free copywriting that is unique to each brand’s voice.
- Plan and design an aesthetically pleasing Instagram grid in no time.
- Navigate and leverage tech tools like Later, Google Drive, Slack, and ClickUp on a daily basis.
- Stay fully up to date with what’s trending in the land of social media by consuming content regularly with intention (not just scrolling - but learning ).
- Use data and experimentation to optimize and report on performance across all platforms.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in social media at a social media agency
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, PR, Communications, or a related field
- Experience using Canva and CapCut
- Experience creating content for multiple brands and platforms simultaneously
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms like Later, Planoly, or Hootsuite
- Experience with a project management system like ClickUp, Mondays, or Asana
- Experience with multiple brand voices and writing copy across platforms
- Paid Social experience is a bonus
