Job Summary

Own bilingual customer engagement and social commerce execution, focusing on content creation, live-selling prep, inventory readiness, and online/offline interactions that drive sales and brand experience.

  • Content & live selling: help create/post content and prep products for TikTok Live and Whatnot Live.
  • Inventory & operations: organize, tag, clean, and prepare jewelry inventory and track products for listings and orders.
  • Customer experience: respond to inquiries in English and Spanish and maintain a professional online presence.

Job Description

  • Assist customers with jewelry questions, sizing, pricing, product details, and recommendations
  • Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Help create and post content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Take photos and videos of jewelry products for social media, website listings, and live sales
  • Assist with TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce sales channels
  • Help prepare products for TikTok Live and Whatnot Live selling events
  • Organize, tag, clean, and prepare jewelry inventory
  • Support live sales, product demonstrations, auctions, and promotional content
  • Help track products used in live sales, online listings, and customer orders
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience online and in person
